Erin Vassallo
Founder, Team Captain, Lawyer, Director, Notary Public, Mediator LLM (Commerical Law), LLB, BA (Political Science), NMAS Accreditation, Disruptive Strategy (Harvard Business School)
Law Team Founder and Team Captain, Erin Vassallo, is a brilliant mind and big heart who uses preventative law to help clients safely bring their ideas to life.
​
With legal roots in property and commercial law in Australia and Canada, and over 18 years experience practising business and property law in her own firm, Erin has seen the benefits of preventative law time and time again. And now she channels it into her passion for helping small and medium enterprises to grow and evolve by supporting them with effective policies, procedures, and documents to prevent, or quickly and effectively resolve any legal issues that may arise.

She also advises not for profits on a pro bono basis, has had recommendations to a parliamentary committee adopted, and is dedicated to Law Team supporting positive initiatives in the community and giving back.
Karen Camilleri
Conveyancing Manager
Karen’s honesty and dedication have been her trademark over a 30-year career in property law. Going above and beyond to get the job done quickly and effectively is what she’s known and loved for.

With a sweet spot in residential conveyancing, Karen loves helping first home buyers, families, property investors and developers confidently make the largest and possibly most important transaction of their lives.

When she’s not helping buyers make an offer, and sellers close the deal, she’s spending time with her family and friends in her local community.

Karen is a Justice of the Peace and a certified PEXA member.
Sara Jones
Lawyer
Sara is a dedicated and devoted member of our team with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
​
Sara has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) with a major in Corporate & Commercial law, and a double degree Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminology).
Sara has always been committed to following her dreams, joining our team in 2021 as a paralegal and was then admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW as a lawyer in early 2023.
She is always willing to try new things and is constantly working hard to expand her skillset and knowledge base. Outside of work, Sara is co-founder of the Time is Precious organisation which holds events and fundraisers for Bowel Cancer Australia. She is a member of the Terrigal Ocean Swimmers, loves to keep active and is always up for an adventure.
At Law Team, Sara is very passionate and experienced in providing efficient & quality legal services to clients, especially in Wills & Estates and Commercial Law. In collaboration with her colleagues, Sara is committed to helping clients navigate through all life throws at them, including through their businesses, estate planning, employment matters, property matters and disputes.
Amber Kubecka
Commercial Lawyer
Amber is a skilled young professional with a proven ability to exceed clients’ expectations.
Amber was admitted as a solicitor in July 2020 and has a double degree of a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business.
Having worked in both Sydney and the Central Coast, Amber has extensive experience in the areas of property law and corporate/commercial law and enjoys working with clients to protect their properties and to successfully operate and grow their businesses. Amber has also worked in strata law, litigation, including matters in NCAT, and the Local, District and Supreme Courts, debt recovery, building and construction disputes, contractual disputes, intellectual property, employment law, estate planning and probate.
Amber is an excellent listener and genuinely cares for her clients and their long-term needs. Her high attention to detail and methodical approach to work allows her to efficiently deliver quality work which helps her clients to grow.
If she’s not in the office, you’ll find Amber going for walks, spending time at the beach with her cattle dog or kicking back and watching some reality TV.
Annie Shumack

Annie has joined Law Team to expand her skills and deepen her knowledge in the legal industry. Annie works by taking a caring approach to all clients.

Currently in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Law and Global Studies, Annie hopes to utilise her degree in the future to help people grow and take control of their legal needs.
